Laminaria japonica translating into Polish, or Japanese leafhopper is one of the species of brown, the order of leafhoppers. These edible kelp are consumed primarily because of their properties and rich content of nutrients and minerals.The Japanese casing, otherwise known as Kelp, is known for its high content of natural iodine, i.e. an element that has a number of important functions in our body.
