Besides still being gluten-free, of course, the new formula is now not only free of sugar and lactose, but also of fat. The product also contains added creatine.
| Directions | Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 heaped measuring spoon = 3 tablespoons) with 300 ml water and drink twice a day. Use a shaker to prepare your drink. Тут на саите написано что содержит весь спектр BCAA, а на деле это протеин с креатином и всё. Купил, решил почитать содержание и разочаровался так как думал что купил что что на саите написано. Этот протеин мне понравился по вкусу очень приятный не сильно сладкий с лёгким вкусом клубники и банана вот кто любит не сладкий для того самое то, Правда банана чувствуется больше. И ещё мне немного не понравилось ,что после того как его выпьешь во рту остаются маленькие частички , наверное это от банана.
