Gamma-aminobutyric acid - GABA - organic chemical compound from the group of non-protein amino acids. Neurotransmitter that is synthesized from glutamate in the body. It is a substance that occurs in the human body primarily in the hypothalamus and extrapyramidal system. The compound can also be found in food, in products such as green tea, pickles, soybeans and dairy products.

| Directions | Dissolve a single serving of the product 750 mg (1 flat scoop) in 100 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Please use the measuring cup included in the package (1 ml).
