OstroVit Vitamin K2 200 Natto MK-7 - valuable source of vitamin K2
Vitamin K2, referred to as menaquinone, is an organic chemical compound classified as a fat-soluble vitamin. Vitamin K2 is stored in the human body primarily in the liver. It can be produced by bacteria present in the gastrointestinal tract, supplied to the body with food (it can be found in both plant and animal products), as well as in the form of dietary supplements.
The vitamin K2 used in OstroVit preparation is derived from natto, which is from soybeans fermented by Bacillus subtilis bacteria. The compound is available in the form of menaquinone-7 MK-7, i.e. in the form that is best absorbed by the human body, which positively influences the absorption and quality of the dietary supplement.
