Why is it worth using biotin?
Biotin, also known as vitamin B7 or vitamin H, is an ingredient that occurs naturally in the tissues of the entire body, such as skin, hair and nails. Biotin contributes to proper micronutrients metabolism and its main task is to strengthen tissues from the inside. In addition, biotin in combination with vitamin K supports the production of prothrombin, thanks to which it can affect the regulation of the blood coagulation process. Vitamin B7 also has an impact on operation of the nervous system and vitality – it can support good mood and limit sensory sensitivity.
Although everyone has heard of biotin, still few people are aware of consequences of its deficiency. They mainly include changes in the appearance. Too little of this precious ingredient can cause skin irritation, redness, hair loss, nail brittleness and even seborrhea!
