Betaine HCl - betaine is an amino acid, also known as trimethylglycine. It is an organic chemical compound that is partially synthesized in the human body, but in insufficient quantities, which is why it is worth supplying the substance to the body also from the outside - beetroot, as well as spinach, cereals and seafood are considered to be sources of betaine.
