Directions | Children from 1 to 3 years - 4 drops daily; children from 4 to 12 years - 8 drops daily; children from 13 years - 12 drops daily. Shake before use. Measure the amount of drops into a teaspoon or dissolve in liquid at room temperature (water, tea, juice). Do not use in persons predisposed to kidney stone formation or suffering from kidney stones. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement must not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle is recommended.
