Artichoke - Cynara Scolymus L. - a perennial plant belonging to the asteraceae family. It is a perennial that is recognized as a vegetable. It occurs naturally mainly in the Mediterranean, but is also cultivated in other parts of Europe and North America. The stem of the artichoke can reach up to 2 m high, and the edible part of the plant is a leafless flower bud, called the head.

Directions | Take 1 serving - 200 mg (1 scoop) daily with meal, drink water. Please use the scoop included in the package (0,5 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption. Dietary supplement can not be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
