Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, usually including tocopherol and tocortrienol compounds. In terms of dietary sources, it is found in the largest quantities in vegetable oils (sunflower, olive, wheat germ, pumpkin seeds), as well as in cereal sprouts and seeds (almonds, hazelnuts).
