Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALC, ALCAR) is an acetylated form of L-carnitine, that is a dipeptide consisting of amino acids such as methionine and lysine, which is classified as a vitamin-like substance. Acetyl-L-carnitine occurs naturally in the human body and easily crosses the blood-brain barrier. It is a substance that can be found in small amounts in food of animal origin, especially in meat.
In OstroVit preparation uses acetyl-l-carnitine HCl, that is a substance which is distinguished by excellent absorption in the human body, which positively affects the quality of the dietary supplement.
The product has strong hygroscopic properties (strongly absorbs moisture). The formation of clumps or uniform (compact) consistency is not a sign of loss of product properties. In this case, the product must be crushed anew.
| Directions | Dissolve a single serving of the product 2 g (2.5 scoops) in 100-150 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Take one serving a day. Please use the scoop included in the package (1 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption. Dietary supplement can not be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
