OstroVit CGT + Collagen + Vitamin C - a comprehensive source of valuable substances
Collagen is one of the most important anabolic proteins, a natural polymer and an important component of the intercellular substance of animal organisms, the content of which decreases with age due to natural ageing processes. The hydrolysed beef collagen used in OstroVit is characterised by very good bioavailability, which means that it can be easily absorbed by the human digestive system. In addition, beef collagen does not have the characteristic odour that is sometimes found in marine collagen-based supplements.
Creatin is a chemical compound that occurs naturally in the human body. It is a substance that can also be supplied to the body with the daily diet - creatine is found in products of animal origin, e.g. in meat, fish or eggs, as well as in the form of food supplements. This OstroVit product uses creatine monohydrate, i.e. a combination of a creatine molecule with a water molecule to form a molecule - as creatine is a hydrophilic compound, it easily combines with water to form a compound characterised by excellent bioavailability.
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is an essential organic chemical compound that belongs to the group of water-soluble vitamins. It is an exogenous substance that the body cannot synthesise itself, so it is necessary to supply the system with the compound from outside - the ingredient is found in fresh fruit and vegetables such as peppers, kohlrabi, oranges and blackcurrants, as well as in food supplements.
L-Glutamin - a protein amino acid that can be produced naturally in the body. However, if the human body has an increased need for the valuable compound, e.g. during intensive physical activity, the component should also be supplied to the body from outside, either with the daily diet or in the form of dietary supplements. In the diet, L-glutamine is mainly found in meat, fish, eggs, milk and dairy products and dried pulses.
Taurine - a non-protein-containing biogenic amino acid. It is a substance that can be synthesised in the body from the sulphur-containing amino acids cysteine and methionine, but whose endogenous production is not sufficient to meet the body's needs. It is therefore recommended that taurine is also supplied externally with the daily diet - the compound is found in fish, seafood, dried algae or meat, among other things, or in the form of food supplements.
