of which 3.675 mg withanolides

Directions	Take 1 capsule daily before meals with a glass of water.
Ingredients	INGREDIENTS: Bulking agent (calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), Ashwagandha extract preparation [Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract, maltodextrin] 28%, capsule shell (gelatine), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
