Creatine HCl (Hydrochloride) is the salt form of creatine, allowing for greater solubility and increased blo-availability than regular creatine monohydrate. Creatine HCl does not cause any bloating or water retention and there´s no loading phase or cycling off required.

Directions	Take 2-4 capsules with a glass of water preferably 60 minutes before training. On non-training days take 2-4 capsules during a day. Athletes using Creatine should consume adequate amounts of water (2-3 liters per day) to maximize hydration and enhance metabolic functions. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
