Directions	Weather conditions with high temperatures: Before: Take one dose 20 minutes before physical activity. During: Take one dose from 2 hours of physical activity. For ultra endurance sports, take a dose each 1h 30min. After: Take one dose at the end of the exercise if time exceeded 2 hours. Conventional weather conditions: During: Take one dose every 2 hours at medium or high intensity of exercise. Or every 3 hours at low intensity of exercise. After: Take one dose at the end of the exercise if time exceeded 2h 30min. *Recommended dosage are based on weather conditions and the intensity of the exercises.
