Amix CGT-3 is a specially designed high grade sport formula that combines three long-tested proven ingredients: Creatine, L-Glutamine and Taurine.

Amix CGT-3 contains 3 FORMS OF CREATINE (monohydrate, malate and CEE) and combination of L-Glutamine and L-Glutamine AKG.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.

Directions	The basic daily dose is 15 capsules. Take 5 capsules before physical activity and 10 capsules after activity. Wash down with plenty of water.

Warning: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing. The product is not designed for children. Keep away from children. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage!
