Make your own bread at home with BioTechUSA Multigrain Baking Mix.

Even though millet flour, oat flour and golden flaxseed flour already contain dietary fibre, we also added bamboo fibre and psyllium husk to the baking mix, in order to create a bread that is truly high-fibre. The ingredients also include sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

In addition to the baking mix, all you need is a little instant yeast and lukewarm water to make the bread. Combine the ingredients thoroughly, let it rest and put it straight into the oven.

The ready-to-eat product only meets the claims (gluten-free, vegan, high in dietary fibre, low in saturated fat, with no added sugar) if the topping/filling also meets these claims.

Recommended use for preparing 1 loaf of bread: Add 3.5 g of instant yeast to 250 g of flour mixture, then combine it thoroughly with 300 g of lukewarm water. Cover the dough, and let it rise in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. Next, shape the dough into a loaf on a dry surface (about 17x10 cm) and make 3-4 deep cuts on the surface of the dough. Slightly water the top, and bake it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Baking time: at 190 degrees for 70 minutes with top and bottom heat, or 190 degrees for 50 minutes with circulating hot air. Let the bread rest at room temperature. After it has completely cooled down, slice it and store tightly closed in a cool, dry place until ready to serve.

WARNINGS: The consumption of this product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Without drinking enough liquid, the product may cause choking. Take with plenty of water to make sure the product safely reaches the stomach. Not recommended for people with swallowing difficulties.
