It is a plant-derived polysaccharide that provides a store of reserve. It is a compound that is not digested in the upper gastrointestinal tract and in undigested form is transported to the large intestine, where it undergoes bacterial fermentation in the colon. Inulin is used as a dietary fiber and prebiotic, i.e. a nutrient for good bacteria living in the digestive system.

Vitamin C is an organic chemical compound, being a water-soluble vitamin. It is an exogenous component that must be supplied to the body with food or in the form of dietary supplements, because the body is not capable of its natural synthesis. Vitamin C is commonly found in fresh vegetables and fruits - the ingredient can be found, among others, in peppers, Brussels sprouts or kohlrabi, as well as in blackcurrant, lemon or strawberries.

Vitamin D3, also known as colecalciferol, is a steroidal, organic chemical compound that belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. Thus, the absorption of the component is closely related to the presence of fats in the daily diet. Vitamin D3 is a substance that is supplied to the body with food (it can be found, among others, in oily marine fish), as well as by skin synthesis. It is stored primarily in adipose tissue and liver.

Zinc - chemical element with symbol Zn. It is a mineral component that in the human body occurs primarily in skeletal muscles and bones, as well as in the brain, pancreas and liver. It is a compound present in many food products - zinc can be found in meat, dry legume seeds, nuts or whole grain products.

Elderberry extract - an extract from a plant from the moschatel family, which is distinguished by white, collected in large umbels, flowers and dark purple, fleshy fruits. The elderberry extract used in the preparation is standardized for the content of polyphenols, i. e. organic chemicals from the phenol group, and anthocyanins, which are organic chemicals from the flavonoids group.

Acerola fruit extract - fruit extract of a plant belonging to the Malpighiaceae family, which is a spreading shrub, containing small, red fruits that are distinguished by their sour taste and juicy flesh. The acerola fruit extract used in the preparation is standardized for the content of vitamin C, i. e. an organic chemical compound, soluble in water.
