Calcium and Magnesium are important minerals supplied in our formula in the popular 2:1 ratio. These ingredients contribute to one or more of the following beneficial physiological effects*:

Directions	Adults take 1 tablet a day preferably with a meal. Tablets are coated for ease of swallowing. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.
Ingredients	INGREDIENTS: Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, calcium gluconate 14%, magnesium gluconate 9.3%, coating [glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol, hydroxypropyl cellulose), acidity regulator (calcium sulphate), bulking agent (magnesium carbonates), anti-caking agent (cellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), bulking agent (cross-linked cellulose gum).
