HMB - what is this?
HMB is an organic chemical compound from the group of hydroxy acids (they contain at least one hydroxyl group and one carboxyl group in their molecular structure). It is one of the metabolites of leucine (one of the exogenous amino acids necessary for the proper functioning of our body).
