The BioTech USA Protein Gingerbread baking mix contains no added sugar (and needs no extra sweetener when being prepared), and it also seamlessly integrates in gluten-free diets as it is based on almond flour, rice flour and gluten-free oat flour.

It is also very simply prepared: just add a little coconut oil (or butter) and water. Knead the dough, use your cookie cutters and in it goes to the oven!

RECOMMENDED USE: Ingredients (for 1 serving): 15 g coconut oil or butter, 20 g water. Mix 15 g coconut oil or butter and 1 portion (100 g = 5 heaped tablespoons) of baking mix; add 20 g (3 tablespoons) of water in several portions and knead until the dough no longer sticks to the bowl and has a uniform, springy consistency; put in fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190°C and set it to fan or conventional (top+bottom heating) cooking mode. Put dough between two sheets of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to flatten dough to roughly 3 mm thick; cut dough to shape with a cookie cutter. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and put in the cookies; place pan on middle baking grill and bake for 46 minutes depending on how crispy you want it. Rest for 10 minutes and it is ready to consume.
