Võtke 4 tabletti kaks korda päevas. Võtta üks doos 300-500ml veega 30 minutit enne treeningut.

Jätkata vee trabimist treeningu ajal. Teine doos võtta koheselt pärast treeningut samuti 300-500ml veega.

Ingredients: creatine ethyl ester hydrochloride, anticaking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
